The Toresco Company is a privately held investment firm. The portfolio consists of traditional investment vehicles with a focus on acquiring, developing, and operating multi-family as well as commercial real estate assets in prime New Jersey and New York markets.

Dominick Toresco
Principal & Co-Founder
Dominick Toresco co-founded The Toresco Company in 2013 as a platform to transition a third generation family automobile business into real estate. Since founding The Toresco Company, Dom has overseen the acquisition of 1.5m square feet of residential and commercial units. Prior and during transition Dom worked mainly in the corporate offices overseeing the sales and management teams throughout the Toresco organization.
John Amorosa
Co-Founder & Managing Member
John is the co-founder and Managing Member of Toresco and is responsible for all aspects of the business. Prior to Toresco, John worked in the wealth management industry for fifteen years where he provided financial advisory services for the likes of Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. In 2013 he received his Masters in Business from Fordham University in New York and is a 2002 graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
